The in stock item that I ordered, was on backorder for 3 weeks. When I called on a Saturday to cancel, got voice mail and left a message with my cell phone number. No response. Again called Monday morning, and sent an e-mail, but got the same voice message. Called again later that day and finally got a person. After being placed on hold while she looked for my order, I finally got a confirmation that it is cancelled as I requested.
Very easy to search and order.

I received the pantry (in pieces) but with no instructions or even a packing list - I can't do anything with it until I get the instructions, which your company told me they'll e-mail it as soon as their servers are back up(???)
I won't really know until it gets here...

I'm still waiting for a third of my order. One sauce pan and lid did not arrive, & I still have yet to hear when it will be recieced.

The product did not meet expectations. The return cost was high and Kitchen Universe would not pay the shipping.
