The only problem I had was that you were advertising it would be delivered by Moms day and then when I placed the order it said it won't be there in time. Then you continued to advertise in the emails to everyone get it in time for Moms day.
Love this company. Every time I have ordered something it's always perfect and of high quality!

I had the products delivered directly tot eh gift recipients and they were beyond thrilled. My mother actually said that it was the best gift she has ever received! The photos I uploaded to be printed on the items were crisp and clear and the products looked better than anyone expected. Fantastic service. Will definitely shope here again.

I contacted a rep approximately 4 days before Mothers day to make sure it would arrive on time and they assured me it would. It never came. I contacted a rep after Mothers Day and they did not know what happened. They did not recontact me until the next day and finally gave me a tracking number. It was not even shipped out until Monday the day after Mothers Day. I would never recommend your company.

Completely satisfied.
it's unfortunate that not all products are shipped internationally..specifically children's small furniture like stepping stools and book racks, art work.Also, free shipping should be offered to non US residents as well over a certain dollar value.

Your company should mail out a catalog to its customers that way they can plan on there next purchase,I highly recommended all my friends and family and was very satisfied with your product.
