The item I purchased was damaged in the box - althought the outter box showed no signs of damage.
the price of the item ordered was $179.88 for product and 106.33 for shipping - we are a distrabution center and know the cost of shipping by weight of product - shipping cost are way over inflated.

The furniture I purchased came with a large chip in the table. I tried clling the customer service number for 2 days and it was always busy. I emailed my concern to the "Contact Us" section of the website. I finally did the live chat on the website and that person finally forwarded my concerns to the correct department. I did receive an email late yesterday trying to help with my return.
I don't think that schools should have to pay for shipping.

The only reason I rated it an "8" on whether the product met my expectations, has nothing to do with the quality of the product (the quality is excellent), it's because I purchased these items online & therefore couldn't touch/feel them in person & test the comfort-level of the chairs I bought...which is the down-side to buying online. But for folding chairs, they're still great quality! Thank you!

I could not be more satisfied with the company. Product met my expectations, communication exceeded my expectations. Heck, I was surprised that they didn't send someone to assemble the carts! would not hesitate to use or suggest someone else to use them.
Purchasing was easy. We will see how delivery goes!

I ordered a classroom rug last month when it arrive it did not look like the rug I ordered. However I will continue to shop with them because they have great customer service, I am sure if I place the call they will fix my rug problem.

What we ordered we couldn't find anywhere else very readily. It came promptly, at a reasonable price, it arrived in good condition (and for some lucky reason we scored free shipping).
The previous order was filled promptly and in good condition; the price was right.

Of the four chairs I ordered, one came without the swivel part of one leg. I called customer service and a new chair arrived within a couple of days.

The study carrel that I ordered was just what I was looking for- the light-weight and fold-up design makes it very portable, and it is very sturdy and well made, especially considering the price. I only wish it came in black for a student with CVI, but the dark blue should work nicely.
