I USUALLY LOOK FOR A COUPON CODE ON RETAILMENOT.COM AND SAVE AN XTRA 20%. I END UP SAVING ABOUT 50%+ THATS A PRETTY SUBSTANSTAL SAVINGS ESPESIALLY SINCE I AM BUYING BOOTS FOR MULTIPLE MOUNTAINEERS. TOP SELLER!

Great products and prices. Description of sizing sometimes inadequate when clothing items deviate from usual sizing for brand. Good customer service. Shipping costs for replacement items add up and often cause me to donate items rather than return them when I am unhappy with items. Then it takes awhile for me to take a chance on another order.

great brand names and good prices, but very often do not have my size. I am M or L. shoe size 8, which is very often sold out.
IT SEEM THAT I USUALLY ORDER ON SUNDAYS WHEN THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO TALK TO. I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CODES FOR %'S OFF. IT NOT TAKING OFF THE AMTS. AND NO WAY TO FIX IT.DIDN,T WANT TO WAIT, DUE TO MY ITEM WAS " ALMOST GONE ".

Great products at greatprices. Wish android app wasn't so limited in options. I cannot access the order I just placed. Also the back butgon in categories takes you back to the first page after viewing items. This is especially irritating when you are pages into shopping. Please fix this. I have reported 3 times now

My order was shipped very quickly. Some of the shirts I purchased did not fit the description on the website. Everything else was great!!
Lots of great styles. Nervous about sizes. This is my first time buying close online!!!

I understood the order was to arrive in 2-3 days and it took a week, I'm not sure what the holdup was!
During checkout, the site "timed-out" on me and I had to restart my checkout, thankfully my "cart" stayed in tact and I didn't have to re-enter my entire order.
