The mouse pad keys are loud. I hate not having the old school start up menu. I must of odered the wrong size beacause it is bigger than I expected. It does not spell check, but says that it does. I can't find any of the useful programs I have on my old dell. ETC.....
I have always had the Dell brand in laptops. I hope this one I just purchased online serves me well too. Thank you.

I was not pleased with the product I received because I thought that I had ordered a all in one package that included a black ink cartridge.

Could not check out to make my initial purchase, the web site kept bringing up a blank page for shipping options and would not let me check out. It took two days to order an external hard drive, was way too much hassle for a purchase that should have taken five minutes.
It took me two days to buy an external hard drive for my computer. I could not checkout from my cart, the website kept directing me to a page that just said "Shipping" with no options or links. This is the third time I have had this problem, Dell's website navigation is terrible. Several of the links don't work or redirect you to a page you have already viewed. Also, it would not let me update my billing address. I want the item shipped to my work but my billing address should be my home. It defaulted to my work address for both billing and shipping and would not let me change it. It was a very frustrating experience. I even called the phone number and that didn't work either! Chat was also not available. This was a massive hassle for what should have taken five minutes to complete. I'm very annoyed and frustrated with Dell's website, I certainly hope receiving the merchandise is a better experience.

Dell can be a little pricy at times, but I would continue to shop because I have few, if any, issues with Dell products
can be a little pricy in some areas, but usually has what I am looking for at the time and at a reasonable price.

ISSUE : MISSING FILE ON DOWNLOAD OF MCCAF ANTIVIRUS SOFTWARE. PROBABLY NEED THE ACTUAL DISK.

Both the outer box and the inner box were damaged and so far things are working. If anything goes wrong it will be from the poor packing and treatment it got in shipping. And then I looked at another sight and the same Camera was $200.00 dollars cheaper but I made the mistake of opening and checking the Camera was working.
