Dell was always my preffered outlet for all electronics. This time I ran into a small issue where I wasn't able to compare products side by side with features that were important to me. However, I don't know if it was because of me or someone else, but the issue was fixed soon there after. Once again, Dell delivers !!!
I love dell.com. I purchase all of my computers and computer accesories from Dell because of their no hassle return policy and easy comparison of products prior to the purchase. However, today I was shopping for the cammera and compare feature compares features such as price and thats it! Im not camera familiar person and it was very important to me to see technical specs side by side. If this feature was available, I wouldvn't purchased 2 cameras so that I can compare them side by side once they are delivered. All in all I was surprised that comparison was not available as it made my shopping experience somewhat dull. However, dells easy return policy somewhat leaveates negative experience, but the sour "taste" still remains.

The website changed from when I placed previous orders and was not easy to find what I wanted. It opened on my ink cartridges by showing the package of 4 cartridges. It was difficult to find single ones so I just purchased the four. Guess I have a big supply now. I did receive them very quickly so that is a positive comment.
I originally ordered ink May 27..never received it. When bringing up site to order, it only shows the special of 3 Black and 9 Color cartridge. Very difficult to find any other choices so did my order again and ordered the four cartridges. Your site is completely different and uneasy to use. It used to be very easy. The next time I need ink I plan to go to a local office supply store and see what they have available.

Very user-friendly website. Cheap prices! I had a great experience shopping at Dell.com. I would definitely recommend Dell products to people I know.
Awesome shopping experience! The website was easy to use and navigate through. Dell offers many cool order personalization features including product add-ons and accessories. The Dell price discounts were also great! Very satisfied with my purchase overall.

When I was informed that was a pending issue on part, Dell Customer Service took charge. Made everything right
I chatted with a Service Rep named Ruyln and he could not do enough for me. I had to get off chat due to a horse of mine running loose. But he was so helpful, got me the part I needed. I was extremely please with this person.

Your service representative was very good and very thorough. However, your cost of his services are way too high.

Too confusing/frustrating trying to navigate web pages to make a purchse. Way too much crap on every page, have to search way too many pages and links seem to send you in circles, lnguage on pages/links is too ambiguous/ confusing. Afraid to clik links cause your afraid of where you'll end up & constantly have to retrace steps/pages to gather info, Trying to find info to compare models/features & price to make a purchase was almost like, "Forget this crap!". Dell pages do not make it easy to spend your money with them, I ended up feeling like "Just clik on something. You don't need any info to make an intelligent purchase/decision". Product descriptions lack a real sense of solid, basic & understandable facts needed to compare products, but a plethora of glossy, slick marketing mumbo-jumbo that don't really tell you anything at all. Phrases like "Stay connected"."just a clik away", "easy to use", "stay on top of your social networks", "stay close to your friends""tap & go". Sleezy!!
Absolute lousy layout of site for shopping. Spent 2 days trying to find the info needed to make a smart purchase. Way to much "sales mumbo-jumbo" telling me how I can stay connected to the world, "live the lifestyle you want" etc., etc. I wanted specifications, prices and actual product info & easier and simpler navigation. Site was NOT user friendly as far as comparing Dell products. Constantly going from page to pop-ups- to other pages. When i was ready to make a purchase, was left hanging on a page with no clear direction what to do next. Almost walked away from buying cause of frustration. WAY TOO much crap/links & company promos on EVERY page.Products were presented with not enough detail to shop but Big icons to "ADD to Cart" or "Buy it Now". Felt like shopping at a sleezy used-car lot- at least that's the impression it gave me.

The computer I got actually exceeded my expectations, which surprises me because I do very thorough research. Dell has never let me down in the past and I will use them exclusively for my ccomputer needs in the future. I get a great value for the money spent.
I love your site. It's very easy to find my stuff, and you offer good products for a good price. I always buy Dell over other brand names because of the quality and value.

From the ordering process, through the tracking and delivery, the entire process was completely painless. And with the pricing savigs I would definitely. do this again.
