I am very pleased with the laptop computer that I purchased from Dell. I return to Dell because I like the customer support. I usually always purchase the extended plan because something is bound to happen near the end of the warranty.
I found the checkout to be very easy. It was thorough, no tricks that provided me the ease of online, secure ordering.

The online search for dell ink for my printer was extremely bad
Found the search for ink cartridges to be extremely difficult and search results very cumbersome. Since I was ordering multiple ink cartridges I had to go back and perform the search for each ink cartridge after adding to the shopping cart

I have purchased and ordered from Dell for several years now. I have no problem with their service. I plan to continue working with Dell for all my computer needs.
I enjoy shopping online with Dell because it is easy, convenient and dependable.

product was too expensive, (power supply for lap top), but I needed it and got it in a timely manner with no shipping charge.

My product arrived two days late, therefore I was unable to complete things I needed to get done for my work.

At time of purchase the Inspiron 17R Notebook (Inspiron 7720) (Inspiron 17R Special Edition) laptop ordered had a great deal and arrived sooner than expected which is great! Works great so far!
Mom needed a replacement laptop, so I started searching Dell's site for deals. From there I looked at the non-deal offers and came down to a final decision, which turns out it too had a special discount plus a Free Upgraded processor and larger hard drive! Awesome! That discount help pay for the 3 year support and 3 year protection plans!Then I found through the site an added coupon deal! That almost covered the rest of the two 3 year plans! And then... at time of payment processing, automatically displayed for selection, was my Dell Financial Services Account with a message regarding 6 months interest free promotion to pay off the balance! All that and still under the Market Value! Amazing!

Not Dell's finest hour with continual delays on shipping items. Why not inform consumers on the online website when an item is on back order?
I was not pleased by the entire purchasing experience. Too much personal information was required to make this purchase that is not necessary. I believe in online security but this was perturbing.
