the difficulty comes when trying to switch to new e-mail address. That was the only thing thatwas at all bothersome. You have "edit" for the name and address just fine, but no place for just the changing of one's e-mail address.

First of all, what I ordered was back ordered, I was waiting for a week for it to come and then I realized it had never shipped, when I talked to them on chat line they said it was back ordered and cancelled it. If I never had contacted them it would have stayed out there forever I guess.

I am happy to find Big Hunk Candy Bars. They are no longer available in the stores where I shop.

I was upset, because, when I got an e-mail, it said that I could get free shipping on my order with a word that need to be filled in on when preparing my order, but when I prepared my order, there we no place to put in the workd and it cost me for shipping and handling. That did not make me happy. I will probably not order again.

The bags of candy I purchased were greatly unbalanced in a way. I was not very pleased. My order consisted of 3 bags of 39.9 oz. mixed chocolate fun-sized candy bars such as 1)Hershey's Milk Chocolate, 2)Reese's, 3)Kit Kat, & 4)Milk Chocolate Whoppers but about half of the bags together were filled with just Whoppers. I was very disappointed with this and the candy was EXPIRED.

Navigating the site is easy enough with the categories listed at top, but to "continue shopping" causes the page to reopen at the home page instead of the page where I was shopping. I have to spend more time trying to remember and find where I had been, which is annoying.I do enjoy the selection of items.
I'd like to see more detailed info on what is in the products. A picture of the ingredient lists along with a zoom view function would be helpful. I would like to know more about the items before I commit to a purchase. Prices also seem high, but I don't have much to compare the retro products with, so I may be wrong about this.
