Rakuten.com gave me the 41999 reward points at check out. After the item shipped, my reward points have been reduced to 25000. This is cheating so that I could not calculate my actual reward points for this purchase. And I have to actually pay more money for my item.

I purchased the blue Yeti on a deal, and with points (201), the total went down to 71.99. The package arrived on time, and I'm quite satisfied with the use of it so far.
The site is rather slow, and searching is difficult.

Getting a live person very difficult and need to be way into purchase to get a callback request! Knowledge about certain changes or ability to change limited. Otherwise nice, efficient and a pleasant conversation.
Nice Site and selection. Easier to get to a live person with questions would be nice but it was OK.Superpoints is nice!

It was a good experience as always with rakuten.com , as i commented earlier, i cancelled my order with order online site and booked it here. was a good deal. when product arrived , it was a good packing . and product too was good. But only thing rakuten has to improve is , it promised me 2nd day delivery and i paid for it but it delivered 3rd day.
It was a good experience with this site. Most valued point i can add is the less price with points credit to your account. its cheaper than the most valued sites we know in USA. i referred more of my friends to this site , that too many times after booking their items in other sites, i personally found better deals for them and redirected them here. better if the site look and feel is improved. looking forward to see soon.

Great shopping experience overall. I would buy from Rakuten/Buy.com again.
Good place to shop and the customer service is excellent however the site needs to be improved. The search/browse function is not very good. It's pretty hard to find what you're looking for.

Have better quality products be available on your website, even if they are cheap, so that we wouldnt have to return.Keep the prices really low.Have faster shipping but less shipping fees.
Have more good quality products be available at the lowest price on your site.
