good web page. easy ordering. The packaging of the item could have been better. wood pieces for frame were hot secured and rattled in the box. Fortunate there were no scratches

I am waiting for resolution of a broken part of the bar stool. Customer service is checking on availability. I hope they will replace stool quickly if part is not available soon.
My purchase was quick and easy. Prices were very good and 2 day shipping was a plus.
