This order, shipped for free, actually arrived ahead of schedule. Very happy with REI products, service and shipping!
REI is my favorite store for outdoor/camping equipment. Very good selection, and special pricing (periodic sales and 20%-off coupons) make it affordable and fun to buy at REI. They have an excellent return policy, and their Rancho Cucamonga store is interesting to visit when in the area.

I placed my order on the 26th May and received it on June 13th . I had to email and phone several times until I could get the parcel. The tracking service was useless

Even though the product was back ordered it di come in earlier than expected.
I actually ordered the membership thinking I would get a refund at the end of the year, but on the confirmation page it said this was not elegible for the rebate. This shoudl show up earlier as I would not have needed to spend the extra money at this time.

Compleatly satisfied with any product I have purchased & to top it off , each product has been a day ahead on its shipping schedule!! Love REI!!!!!!
love all your keen products! went to my local sporting goods store and they had 2 colors of keens for each sex and only 2 of my 3 kids were able to walk out of the store with shoes, for they only carried certain sizes!? definetly more shopping online in near future with you guys!!

I have always liked REI, they have good products and sometimes they even have great sales. I like to buy my sandals there out of season cause I get them for a really good price usually.
I really like REI, it is a fun store to visit. The prices are pretty reasonable, and they have a good selection of products. I love their clearance sales.

REI sells high quality reliable products. After placing the order, however, I realized that my wife and I are moving for 2 months into the city from the suburbs just before the scheduled arrival of the shipment; we won't be here when it arrives. I should have had it sent to the REI store. I'll have to arrange for a neighbor to take in the package. We'll be coming back on weekends. I read that the order can't be changed, but I'll call to see.

REI's site is great and easy to order from!

Everything was great except picking-up the kayak at REI. They lowered a rack of kayaks from the ceiling into an aisle without anyone to keep customers from underneath. Then they just left the kayak in the aisle so people had to side step around it. I suggested they move to the loading dock and I would take it from there. Very odd experience.

Will be returning because i ordered the wrong size. Otherwise, I loved my ordering experience! I was even talking about how great it was to my parents this past weekend. I have been wanting new running shoes for awhile, because I got such a good deal from rei-outlet, I bought sandals too!
