I was so exited waiting on my items but qualities of the produc was not good theI ordered 3 bras one of those 3 is ready broke that metal I don't know how 2 called is ready coming out :(

Swimsuit ordered had NO lining AT ALL. I would expect at least minimal lining regardless of price.

I love Victoria's Secret bras!
I love Victoria's Secret bras.I have tried others but they never work.And I like the customer service I get if I have to make an exchange at V.S.I love the fragrances V.S. has.I ordered Body By Victoria lotion tonight.This is one of my favorites.Their lotions really soften your skin.I will always shop from Victoria's Secret!

I ordered online and could have swore I placed an order for an item I really was looking forward to getting but didn't get. I could have swore it was on my purchase when I checked out. I even went back online to order the item and searched by the size I needed and it showed up along with a few other items but when I went to select my size no size was available. I was a bit disappointed. But other than that little glitch I was satisfied.
I hope in a case of me having to return any items purchased will be easy.

I have been buying clothes from vs now for over 15 years I only buy there because size is true and great quality my only query would be with bras and pants we have size 10/12 etc but I don't know what size these are in American so I don't buy them but great service and stock

I returned the merchandise to the VS store, which was very convenient. However, since it was an on-line purchase, they could not credit my account. For that reason, I did not buy product to replace what I returned. I was disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing it the following day.
I like the color/design selections of the bras, but find it hard to get the size I need.
